Where are you located?
We are located inside of Novak Hair Studios right on the outskirts of Downtown Fort Worth. At the bottom of our website is a map and our address. When booking an appointment with us you will also receive a New Guest Flyer with important info including location and parking in your email.
Where do I park?
There is a parking garage behind the salon that you can access on either Throckmorton or Jennings. DO NOT PARK IN 30MIN PARKING. Go in the entrance with the gate and take a ticket or enter in your phone number. We will validate your discounted parking in the salon. There is also metered street parking. Street parking is free after 6PM, on weekends, and federal holidays. All of this info will also be included in a New Guest Flyer that you will receive after booking your first appointment.
Where do I go when I arrive for my appointment?
You will check in at the front desk, get a beverage or snack, and get ready to be fully pampered! We will come greet you at the front desk and take you back to our studio at the start of your appointment.
What happens if I am running late?
We do understand that sometimes life happens and we can’t always plan for things. Always let us know ASAP if you will be running late by calling the front desk. We do recommend calling the front desk over texting us in moments like these, as we are with clients throughout the day and may not see your message come through right away. We will do our best to accommodate you if we can. We have a 10-15 minute grace period depending on how long the appointment is. After that we may have to reschedule or change the services. If you are past our grace period and we can no longer take the appointment in the allotted time we have scheduled it for, it does fall under our cancelation policy.
What is your cancelation policy?
We have an 24 hour cancelation policy. After that it is a 50% non refundable deposit to book your next appointment. If its a No Call No Show, it is an automatic 50% of services paid before booking your next appt. That 50% does not go towards your next appt. For future bookings after that, a 50% deposit for next appt is required. That deposit does go towards your next services. We do understand sometimes life happens and will always do our best to work with you if this does not happen often.
