I’ve been in the industry for 10 years, and I was lucky to have an education that really set me up for success. After going out on my own after being at a salon for 6 years where I taught color to new stylists, I realized how much I missed mentoring others. So in 2021, I created an apprenticeship program. I've trained multiple amazing stylists who are now thriving.

What I've learned is that human connection is everything. I love the bonds I’ve built with my clients and wanted to create an apprenticeship & salon atmosphere that goes beyond just hair. We focus on the whole experience—from finding us online to sitting in the chair and staying connected between appointments. It's all about building trust, delivering high-quality care, and creating a space where both clients and stylists can truly flourish. That’s how Flourish Hair Collective came to be—because I believe we’re better together than we are apart, and I’m passionate about building a community of people supporting people.
